_{I wanted to do a portrait piece of a kid in a suit, but I couldn't find any stock with that, so I just transformed an adult into one

Edit: Thanks to many suggestions, this image has been updated It's more of a green hue now, cane is changed, right hand is fixed, more shadows added, the one shoe looks less fisher-price-like, and the tie matches the red in the roses}
