Portrait of a pyro

For my website :)


Pretty much everything, excluding the background, was painted/repainted. The flames took me forever because I had no refs for fire (I made this while on vacation)...and I still don't think they look right. I plan to go back and fix them when I find the time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :D

EDIT: I changed the flames a bit, suggestions? Are they better? Worse?

The fire was painted in Adobe Photoshop. It was really simple, actually. All I did was dabble some orange in there, and smudged it around with the smudge tool until it looked like fire, then I used the burn tool to darken some areas of the flames
I don't think I painted them right though, so I'm going to go back and fix them
